Friday Food Truck Photo, October 26th



Butternut squash gnocchi from The Eclectic Kitchen. The gnocchi was dressed with a fragrant Thai curry sauce (not too spicy), and topped with crispy leeks. I liked the dish so much that I ordered a second one to bring home to Joey so he could eat it for dinner as well.
