Friday Food Truck Photo, August 17th



Chicken potato balls from City Eats. Apparently, I have a thing for deep fried round objects. These potato balls called to me as soon as I saw them on the menu. The savory chicken filling was coated with well seasoned mashed potatoes. And the crispy outside gave a satisfying crunch when my fork broke the surface.
