Jambalaya rice balls from Fork In The Road. These were perfectly crispy on the outside. Their insides contained Cajun rice, corn, ham, calamari, andouille sausage, and chicken. The best part were the little fried leafy bits on top.
On a more serious note, some of the food truck gatherings in the area have been unceremoniously shut down due to complaints filed by un-named fast food chains. If you care about food trucks in Orlando, and want to support the local economy, please sign this petition to bring back one of our weekly food truck events.
