Quiche and pommes frites from Cafe Rouge Express. This truck is an offshoot of Cafe Rouge, located in Sanford. Their menu has a lot of French food as well as traditional English food. The quiche was appropriately rich, and the crust incredibly flaky. There was a refreshing little salad below the quiche, that I wish there had been more of.
