Friday Food Truck Photo, April 27th



Flatbreads from The Flattery.  The above photo is the Truffle-Me-Rita flatbread, which is a margherita with truffle oil drizzled on top.  The below photo is a Smack-My-Swine flatbread which has house made sausage, sweet and spicy bacon, prosciutto, and carmelized onion.  The flatbreads are made with a whole wheat crust.
